Important Instructions (Request for Donation Receipt, Trasnfer Merit Registration, Registration Record Inquiry):

Confirm the Remitter, Transfer Merit Recipient, and Issue a Donation Receipt:
After making a donation, please leave a message on our LINE official account or WhatsApp business account, providing (1) payment date, (2) payer's name (or last five digits), (3) payment amount, and confirm (4) the donated project name, (5) receipt title, (6) receipt mailing address.

Sending Receipts:

For Taiwan: The association will issue annual donation receipts before the year's tax filing and mail them at once. If your address changes during this period, please notify us again! (Receipts are prepared at the end of March each year and sent out sequentially)

For Overseas: If a proof of donation is needed, the association can issue a "Certificate of Appreciation" (which can clearly state the donation purpose), and it can be sent immediately as an image file to the donor’s provided email, LINE, or WhatsApp.

Donor Loss of Contact: If there is no message from the donor confirming the above information within 3 months after the remittance, the donation will automatically be categorized as "general to the six major items."

Complete Registration Information Includes: Whether the association has confirmed receipt of the payment, the date of merit dedication, receipt number, etc.
